We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 10 days, depending on the destination.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to check the delivery progress on our Order Tracking page.

We currently ship to major regions around the world including the United States, countries within the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. If your country is not listed, please contact our support team for shipping options.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 calendar days of receiving the item for a full refund.

Mirrimage provides a one-year warranty for all products, excluding complimentary gifts. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase as shown on the sales receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

Once the package is on the way, the order cannot be cancelled.

Please make sure your shipping address includes full details (house/building/apartment number).

If you request a cancellation after the package has shipped, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense.
