1. Introduction

Welcome to Mirrimage. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services operated by Mirophoria LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Mirrimage”). By accessing or using our Site and purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

2. Eligibility, Account & Age

  • Our services and products are intended for personal consumers. The Site is available to users of all ages; if you are a minor, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Site and enter into these Terms.

  • Account registration is optional. You may place orders as a guest where permitted. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.

  • Prices displayed are in the currency shown and do not include taxes, duties, or shipping unless expressly stated. You are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees.

  • We accept Credit Card, PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed via third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us and our processors to charge your selected payment method.

4. Shipping & Handling

  • Order processing time: 2–3 business days from cleared payment.

  • Shipping times at checkout are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs clearance, or events outside our control.

  • For international orders, customs and local regulation may add time.

5. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

5.1 General Return Policy (Non-EU Customers)

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products when returned in original condition unless the return is due to a product quality issue. For non-quality returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • To start a return, contact support@mirrimage.com with your order number and reason for return to obtain return instructions and an RMA if required.

5.2 EU / UK Consumers — Right of Withdrawal

  • If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party you nominate) receives the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us by email at support@mirrimage.com within the 14-day period.

  • If you exercise this right, you must return the goods to us in accordance with our return instructions. Refunds for returns under this right will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or proof of return shipping where applicable). The cost of returning the goods may be borne by you unless we have agreed otherwise.

5.3 Returns for Product Quality Issues or Workmanship Defects

  • For returns due to product quality issues or workmanship defects, Mirrimage will cover return shipping costs and provide a refund, repair, or replacement at our discretion. Please contact support@mirrimage.com with photos and order information to start a warranty/quality claim.

5.4 Refund Timing & Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process refunds within 7 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional up to 14 calendar days for the refund to appear on your account.

6. Warranty

  • Mirrimage provides a 1-year warranty for product quality issues or workmanship defects from the date of purchase shown on your proof of purchase. Remedies under the warranty are limited to repair, replacement, or refund at Mirrimage’s discretion.

  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage. See our Warranty Policy for full details and claim procedures.

7. User Content (Reviews, Comments)

  • You may be able to post reviews or comments. By submitting content you grant Mirrimage a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in connection with the Site and our business.

  • You represent that you own the rights to the content or have obtained all necessary permissions. We may remove content that is unlawful or violates these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

  • Our Site integrates with third-party services (e.g., Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, logistics providers, tracking services). Use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Mirrimage disclaims liability for third-party practices.

  • We sign appropriate Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with processors where required.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by Mirophoria LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our trademarks without prior written permission.

10. Privacy, Cookies & Data Protection

  • Privacy: We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes what personal data we collect, legal bases for processing (e.g., contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interests, consent), third-party processors, data retention periods, cross-border transfers, and your rights (access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection).

  • Cookies & Tracking: We use cookies and similar technologies. Non-essential cookies are only set after you consent via our cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for details.

  • EEA/UK Data Subjects: If you are located in the EEA/UK, you have specific rights under GDPR. To exercise those rights, contact us at support@mirrimage.com. We will respond within applicable statutory timeframes.

11. Security & Data Transfers

  • We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA/UK (e.g., to service providers in the U.S.), we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and ensure processors maintain adequate protections.

12. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MIRRIMAGE AND MIROPHORIA LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) THAT ARE THE SUBJECT OF THE CLAIM.

  • NOTHING IN THESE TERMS IS INTENDED TO AFFECT OR LIMIT ANY STATUTORY RIGHTS WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED BY LAW (FOR EXAMPLE, CERTAIN CONSUMER RIGHTS IN THE EU/UK).

13. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold Mirrimage and Mirophoria LLC harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of law.

14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • Negotiation First: We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. Please contact support@mirrimage.com to attempt resolution.

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country require otherwise.

  • Jurisdiction: You and Mirrimage agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey for any disputes, except that consumers in the EEA/UK may bring proceedings in the courts of their habitual residence and nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

15. Electronic Communications & Marketing

  • By using the Site, you agree to receive electronic communications (order confirmations, shipping notices, service messages). We do not send marketing emails or SMS without consent; marketing communications are sent only to users who opt in. You may withdraw consent at any time.

16. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with the updated Effective Date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Severability & Waiver

  • If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
