Return Requirements

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt.

  • Shipping costs, shipping protection, VAT, and import taxes are non-refundable.

  • Products must be new, unused, and resealable, and all original packaging and accessories must be intact.

Before Returning

  • Unauthorized returns or returns sent to the wrong address may be refused or delayed.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@mirrimage.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  2. Wait for return authorization and the return address before shipping the item back.

Inspection & Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
